Transmission series
1000 & 2000 Series for light and medium-duty vehicles
The Series 1000 and Series 2000 for engine outputs of 154 and 272 kW (210 – 365 hp) and a torque of up to 950 N-m.
Applications: Distribution transportation, firefighting, port and airport services, RVs, transit buses, military vehicles and agriculture
Allison "9-Speed Series" based on the Allison 2000 Series
The 9-speed transmission for an engine output of up to 283 kW (380 hp), a torque of 1,220 N-m is designed for a gross vehicle weight of 26 tons.
Applications: Distribution transport, port and airport services, motorhomes, busses and coaches, military vehicles, minings
3000 Series for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles
The 3000 series transmissions are suitable for engines with 157 to 336 kW (210 to 450 hp) of power and a torque of up to 1,695 N-m. These transmissions are designed for a permissible total weight of up to 44,500 kg.

4000 Series for heavy commercial vehicles
The 4000 Series™ is ideal for heavy vehicles that require high power and torque. They are suitable for engines with an output of 283 to 597 kW (380 to 800 hp) and a torque of up to 3,200 N-m.
Applications: Distribution transportation, firefighting, port and airport services, motorhomes, coaches, military vehicles, construction machinery, mining, oil and gas applications
6000, 8000 & 9000 Series for heavy-duty commercial vehicles in the off-highway sector and stationary industrial applications

The 6000 series transmissions offer six forward gears and two reverse gears and are suitable for engines with 700 to 1 025 hp (522 – 764 kW) and a torque of up to 4100 N-m.

The 8000 series transmissions are available with six forward gears and are suitable for engines with an output of 634 to 895 kW (850 to 1,200 hp) and a torque of up to 4,881 N-m.

Depending on the application, the 9000 series offers:
Mobile: six forward and two reverse gears
Stationary: eight forward gears, and delivers up to 2,386 kW (3,200 hp) of power and a torque of 12,200 N-m.Applications: Construction machinery, mining, oil and gas applications
